Muscle imbalance is a very common culprit in the genesis and perpetuation of musculoskeletal problems. Our muscles demonstrate two main propensities; to either become shortened and hard, or to become lengthened and weak. These propensities are prevalent around our shoulder and hip regions and driven by many factors.
